qbocli End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs your use of qbocli, a command-line tool developed and operated by Strange Parts LLC for internal use only.

1. License

We grant authorized personnel of Strange Parts LLC a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use qbocli solely for internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

Do not distribute, sublicense, or share qbocli or its credentials outside Strange Parts LLC.
Do not reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works.
Do not use qbocli for any purpose other than authorized Strange Parts LLC bookkeeping.

3. QuickBooks Online

qbocli connects to QuickBooks Online via the Intuit API. Your use is also subject to Intuit Terms of Service.

4. Disclaimer

qbocli is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Strange Parts LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of this tool.

5. Termination

We may revoke access at any time.
